Job Descriptions

• In charge of the operation of factories
• Inventory Management
• Monitor the production programming and Schedules
• Manage and supervise all the departments of factories including Quality, Human Resources (Procedures, Hiring and Terminations), Mechanics, and Production, Export & Import, and Payroll departments
• Manage and control Purchasing and Supplies Department
• Along with relevant teams to improve on the shipping time
• Reduce of the Lead Time
• Work with all departments within the factory to increase of the plant efficiency
• Work with Finance and Accountant Department to reduce of the cost vs. budget
• Build up the Annual Budget of plant
• Review the performance of all department and lead to plan to improve (Production goals, quality goals, safety, etc.)
• Follow up on a daily basis of plant performance in order to take actions to improve the plant efficiency
• Ensure Safety, Health, and Environment of plant
• Other duties will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Friday

Working Location: Vietnam

Job Requirements

• At least 20 years’ experience to work for garment manufacturing with large scale with at least 8 years’ experience to work at the similar position
• Bachelor’s Degree in related majors, Own MBA or above is a plus
• Fluency in English skills.
