Job Descriptions

• Be in charge in proposing and managing measures for management, business and development of real estate products
• Monitor policies and measures on environmental management of real estate projects
• Organize and perform functions authorized by the company according to the business registration license
• Organize and conduct business of real estate products/services
• Organize the operate and supply the system of clean water, electricity and carry out maintenance and management of infrastructure in the group’s real estate projects
• Organize and implement the work of ensuring security and order, fire prevention, environmental sanitation…
• Implement the inspection, maintenance and repair of electrical and lighting system equipment
• Organize inspection, maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment of wastewater treatment plants, water supply stations, fire protection systems, offices…;
• Responsible to handle the customer complaints. Evaluate customer satisfaction and implement improvement measures
• Organize and carry out income and expenditure inspection and office administration tasks
• Organize and carry out activities related to compensation according to the approved policy of Group’s President and Owner
• Other tasks will be discussed further during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Vietnam 

Job Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar position in the field of construction and real estate business
• Graduated with majors in design, construction, and related engineering
• Strong management skills
• Proficient Chinese and English communication.
