Job Description

• Responsible for sourcing the cheapest suppliers with acceptable quality for all production items
• Responsible for keeping checking market trend in order to get the better price for major production items
• Follow up all orders status to make sure get all supplies to the factory on the commitment date
• Building the stock for some general items
• Manage the whole purchasing team
• Training transactions on the system and skills on how to deal with suppliers.
• Report to Management on the purchasing plan quarterly
• Updating purchasing status overview and take an action plan to improve if any issue happens, what is outstanding and what has to do.
• Working location: Quang Nam province, Vietnam
• Working time: Office hours from Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience in purchasing and purchasing management in the garment industry
• Know the many suppliers of raw materials in Vietnam related to the garment industry.
• Having participated in the GOTS Certificate, OCS Certificate, Oeko-Tex (R) Certificate
• Female (32-40-year-olds)
• Good in English; know Chinese is an advantage
