Job Description

Develop fabrication, grege demand planning, lead time/price control and procurement with fabric mills

• Develop fabric consumption, printed fabric random/fixed cutting method
• Develop accessories, costing control, sourcing and procurement
• Sample development and follow up submission/approval
• Work with factory and customer to align on garment construction and sewing cost
• Develop printing/embroidery/washing/dyeing techniques with respective parties.
• FOB quotation and costing negotiation
• Develop and propose new graphic techniques and fabrications to customer
• Set up Time and Action/Capacity loading master plan with factory and mills
• Follow up production and shipment schedule

Settle bulk quality/material deliveries/short-ship/over-ship issues

• Manage the utilization of left-over materials or liability inventory
• Sales initiatives to boost revenues and profit
• Enhance customer relationship and settle claims
• Risk management/Lab testings during the development stage
• Set up standard operation procedures
• Project management in Kaizen/Continuous improvement
• Working time: Office hours from Monday – Morning Sartuday
• Working location:  Bac Giang province, Vietnam

Job Requirements

• Have 3+ years of working experience in the same position in the garment manufacturing company at the large size
• FOB experience
• Very good at English
