Job Description
- Matching the final shade of dyeing fabric by rinse wash, enzyme wash and bleach wash With customer fabric.
- Technical knowledge of the application of dyeing and finishing chemicals on denim fabric.
- Responsible to ensure target production by utilizing man, machine, method.
- Planning of warping and dyeing.
- To present a daily dyeing program
- Responsible for quality and shade of production.
- To develop new shade check production and quality report on a daily basis.
- Maintain quality and parameters of rope Dyeing and sheet dyeing.
- Check dyed lot shade sample on daily basis.
- Checking the lab report and lab parameter on a daily basis
- To check the calibration of all lab equipment on daily basis to make sure that the lab staff
- Maintain all lab parameters according to the required standard.
- Dyeing recipe confirmation and dyeing and sizing.
- Maintain the standard parameter of dyeing and finishing.
- Working time: Office hour from Monday – Morning Saturday
- Working location: Central Vietnam
Job Requirements
- Have 3+ years at the same position in the garment & textile industry
- Good communication in English
