Job Description

• Make plan, control and monitor the cutting process in order to the products after cutting meet the quality’ requirement (Cutting Quality rate).
• Cost management to meet the workload for the cutting team. Plan and balance costs in accordance with the set goals.
• Control the work for the cutting team to achieve the highest efficiency (MU percentage).
• Manage 6S system to meet set standard
• Develops and improves the workflow of the cutting unit with the kaizen system.
• Manage the cutting department with 200 employees
• Control and assign the tasks for cutting team
• Working location: Quang Nam, Vietnam
• Time location: Office hour from Monday – Saturday (08h00 – 17h00)

Job Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience in the same position.
• Good in Chinese or English
