Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Ensure the recruitment process meets the quality needs of Staff and Worker recruitment for all depts. and work with the Training Centre in order to achieve business KPIs.
- Ensure necessary initiatives are taken to attract & recruit for the SBU
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Develop and maintain good relationship with the community and external sources to ensure the image is conducive to recruitment and retention of workforce
- Responsible for compliance standards in line with customer & Corporate requirements.
Job Requirements
- 5 years experience as HR manager or other HR executive with knowledge and manufacturing industrial experience
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Extensive knowledge in both Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development covering recruitment, development, C&B, Compliance, Community relationship building and labor relations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary: USD 1,500.00 to 1,800.00
