Job Description

• Liaise with the buyer directly for all buyers’ request
• Lead and work with the team closely for FR development and production status
• Report to management for FR development and production status in a timely basis
• Manage to cost for all styles and work with buyers
• Overviewing and control sample and bulk deliveries due dates, so as to prevent from delivery issues
• Except working closely with the merchandising team to ensure smooth daily works, also need to work closely with the internal production team to ensure sample/ bulk accuracy as well as delivery controls.
• Ensure seamless coordination with internal colleagues related to production and development issues.
• Manage and lead associates within the division to ensure compliance with job responsibilities and objectives, internal co-ordination with departments.
• Working Time: Office hours, Monday-Saturday
• Working Location: Quang Nam, Vietnam

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working in the same position or 3 years of experience working as a Senior Merchandiser
• Good in English or Chinese
• Have deep working experience in the garment industry
• Strong leadership and good organizational skills
• Have ability in costing, sourcing & development
