Responsible for effective cost management and use of resources to support production demands, delivered at the lowest cost
Quality – Responsible for maintenance, implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) procedures for the plant, aligned with the company’s objectives, strategy, and vision. Involved in the resolution of gaps with the management team
Safety – Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met. Support and coordinate EH&S activities/programs within the Production and other Operation functional groups.
Productivity – Responsible for leading the production and maintenance team, in collaboration with local, regional and global process engineering and planning teams, in ensuring high productivity without sacrificing Safety or Quality
Collaborate – with Quality Assurance , Engineering and other internal functions to ensure customer and business needs are always delivered , hassle free and at the lowest cost possible based on the foundation of Operational Excellence.

University degree in Industrial Management or Textile & Garment Industrial;
Over 5 years of experience in garment manufacturing; of which 2 years at supervisory level
Knowledge of whole garment manufacturing operations
Good command of written and spoken English
Strong analytical skills.
