Job Description
- Ensuring that manufacturing processes are stable, capable, and under control always and are producing defect free products
- Documenting systems, processes, procedures, etc. to maintain effective operations
- Drive effective problem solving and continuous improvement. Ensure accurate and timely updates of quality management where applicable
- Coordinate closely with MR team, and to co-work with client QA/QC to conduct inspection process

- Trim & Sewing inspection procedures
- Ensuring that adequate in-process inspections and testing are in place to monitor quality
- Working location: Hanoi, Vietnam
- Working time: Office hours from Monday – Friday
Job Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with Korean would be advantage
- Having at least 4 years’ experience working in garment field
- Certificate holder or above in clothing and textile discipline
- Strong knowledge in QC and garment manufacturing process
- Strong technical support and good problem solving
- Good PC skills
- Able to work under pressure
- A problem solver who can make logical decisions under pressure
- Responsible, careful, discipline, respected, flexible, proactive, teamwork
- Willing to travel frequently
