Responsible to handle new development basing on technical card and spec
Coordinate with relevant teams in order to make the correct and perfect samples, and ensure on time delivery.
Daily working and support factory teams in solving the issues during the process sample making and production.
Responsible to review all proto sample to make sure they are correct and follow designers’ concept and TP
Provide advices/guidelines during sampling process to drive the best samples on time delivery and being competition commercial products.
Be in charge of reviewing and calling out all potential issues of material, and technic
Work with QA team during inspection process
Involve in testing process and then provide any ideas/solution/ comment to improve the product quality and efficiency in production
Attend the meetings related to new production, seasonal high lines to factories and QA/QC team.
Review and approve final samples, preproduction samples before bulk production.
Review and check TP and BOM, and update BOM of each stage.
Responsible to build up styles BOM-TP for new season.
Lead the training programs for staffs to improve their skills and knowledge about products

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Hanoi

At least 8 years experience to work for manufacturing companies with camping products such as tent, packback, bags with min 3 years experience at the similar position
Strong skills in management, communication and problem – solving
Fluent in English communication
