Job Descriptions

• Responsible to manage the operation activities of Washing Department
• Evaluate the washing capability of factory and find out any actions to improve the washing capability
• Build up the garment washing standards based on the skills, knowledge machines and process
• Check the quality of the first batch to forecast and review the quality of the bulk production.
• Provide technical advice to sample room, sewing and wet processing teams to resolve any problems, improve quality and production process
• Responsible to approve samples before sending to customers and then decide the wet processing standard
• Coordinate with Production Team to set up the annual Wet Processing performance targets
• Build up the processes for washing process with relevant team to ensure all the needed materials and information is available to start dipping / washing as planned
• Check and review daily reports on dipping and washing progress
• Responsible to arrange staffs of the dipping and washing team to ensure to meet the production plan targets
• Be a leader of wash team and work with other relevant teams to find out any better opportunities for performance improvement
• Research and propose any opportunities to reduce the water consumption in the wet processing to BOD as well as any environmental issues based on the current laws and customer’s standard
• Work with Finance Team to follow up the monthly washing cost
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Friday

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Job Requirements

• At least 8 years working at the similar position for garment/textile company
• Deeply understand and experience about chemical and current environmental laws
• Management and problem – solving skills
• Good at English communication.
