Job Description

As a Weaving Production Manager / Specialist you have to ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently in order to reach the production targets in the right quality

• Build up the Weaving operational team to be ready for commissioning and start-up
• Responsible for managing the Weaving department: production and quality
• Plan and organize daily production to ensure that product availability is on time as per the agreed schedule
• Provide training for the team in order to enhance performance and working discipline, as well as ensure work instructions, processes are followed strictly and product quality is stable
• Liaise with Project/ Maintenance Manager on maintenance team tasks and utilization to ensure the implementation of the preventive maintenance program and reduce break-down time
• Liaise with other departments to formulate objectives and understand requirements
• Supervises and coordinates activities in weaving for the whole value stream
• Managing production, budget, inventory, service standards and improvement
• Analyzing and reporting of production KPIs
• Trigger and follow up of continuous improvement measures in technology and processes
• Reports directly to BoD

• Working time: 8h00 – 17h00 from Monday – Saturday
• Working location: far 50km from HCMC, Vietnam

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Weaving with Rapier and Air Jet Looms
• Speaking and writing English fluently
