Job Description
- Aligns the Human Capital Management (HCM) and Administration – Operators function with achievement of the Plant’s KPIs:
- Provides HCM capability to support achievement of the Plant’s KPIs
- Support line managers in attracting, developing and retaining engaged and competent employees through providing a full range of HCM services, in line with Group guidelines where applicable.
- Support the general smooth runing of the Plant through
- Align the HCM and Administration- Operators function with achievement of the Plant’s KPIs
- Managerial Leadership of HCM Team
- Establish Future HCM Talent Pool: Talent Pool Analysis, Mentoring & Career Development and IE Successor Development
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development.
- Ten plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with the company Board of Directors
