Job Description
- Implement and maintain all HR aspects relating to HR policy, workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and training needs…
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Develop HR strategies and initiatives
- Ensure the recruitment process meets the quality needs of Staff and Worker recruitment for all depts.
- Working time: 8h00 a.m – 16h30 p.m for Monday – Friday, and Morning Saturday
- Working location: Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City
Job Requirements
- Skills and knowledge for Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Good at English
- Have experience in working in the manufacturing field as the same position
- Experience in garment industry is a huge advantage
- 30 – 40 years old candidates are suitable
