Job Description

* Routine Tasks

  • Ensure HR policies are in place and constantly reviewed to ensure compatibility with Company’s guidelines and compliance with local statutory requirements.
  • Responsible to work out employee demand plan which is in line with the overall business strategy and constantly review with the company management
  • Develop effective and efficient system, tools, and processes to foster the high quantitative and qualitative recruitment.
  • Deliver full recruitment services including front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employee offers
  • Support management in the separation process from employees and secures a proper exit process is implemented.
  • Maintain and update to secure the correctness of personal profiles, administration and contracts.
  • Develop and ensure internal communication processes and tools are set up and maintained properly in order to foster the communication and exchange between management and employees.
  • Develop and delivery induction program together with the company management, covering all required topics
  • Secure employee handbook is maintained, updated, containing all relevant topics for new and current employees.
  • Participating as company representative in safety committee and being responsible to ensure that safe and healthy working environment is secured and the facility is well managed and maintained according to the standard and local restriction/ law.
  • Proactively involved in staff planning, specifically related to the yearly budgeting process in close co-operation with local management.
  • Support the company management regarding legal topics and court cases with employees in close co-operation with local lawyers.
  • Being the company representative of appropriate HR Council or Committee i.e. local community, industrial area etc.
  • Any tasks which assigned by General Manager-HR

* Strategic Tasks

  • Secure FGL Spirit including Vision, Mission and Value are in place and constantly communicated organizational wise.
  • Being HR Business partner and consultant to other department to enhance HR’s image and add value to organization.
  • Maintain and secure HR information system that is accurate, timely and reliable, which provides qualitatively high information for decision making
  • Being HR professional expertise for providing advice to line management and supports in finding solutions for all relevant people related problems

Job Requirements

* Qualifications

  • University (major Human resource/Law/ Business Administration).
  • Have knowledge about textile industry is advantage.

* Experiences

  • 05 years’ experience in similar position

* Other Skills

Key Result Areas & Key Performance Indicators

* Key Result Area (KRA)

  • Follow up recruitment matters: SMO, SO, TMO, staff and guide HR members for interview and selection
  • Check and make sure all report of HR department are accurate and consistence.
  • Maintain and secure HR information system that is accurate, timely and reliable, which provides qualitatively high information for decision making.
  • Control absenteeism rate daily and monitor daily meeting with workers who were absent in the day before.
  • Attend discipline action for major cases
  • Attend morning meeting and highlight any issues related to recruitment, turnover.
  • Attend the meeting with Supervisor, Production In charge, Production Manager daily to remind and guide Supervisor in relationship building with TMO and corrective action plan.
  • Increase SMO, SO, carder as given budget and reduce indirect people.
  • Follow up Resourcing plan and recruit as the plan

* Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

  • SMO target as monthly plan
  • Staff recruitment within 45 days and management level within 60days (from requested date to accepted offer letter date)
  • No follow up audit on HSE & HR documents
  • SMO absenteeism rate
  • Turnover rate: SMO,TMO, Other department
  • Direct to Indirect ratio as monthly target
  • Maintain Headcount plan and maintain with it
