Job Description

• Responsible for building and implementing all the plans and strategies for quality department to ensure to comply with quality system requirements of Group and Buyers
• Evaluate and make the decision for the in-house quality procedures
• Analyze and follow up the customer requirements and work and set up the meeting ( if needed) with them frequently to ensure to meet the requirements
• Lead and responsible to set customer service standards.
• Solve all the quality problem issue in the production from cutting, sewing, packing and finishing
• Monitor the quality training programs for all the QC inline, endline and AQL
• Research and propose any changes and improvement in quality system within the factory
• Responsible for all the activities of Quality Department and maintain quality standard for factory
• Lead the team to conduct applicable AQL audits.
• Guide and train for new CFAs.
• Coordinate and communicate Buyers frequently to handle all the issues related the quality
• Other tasks will be assigned by Board of Director

Working Location: Vietnam

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements

• 5+ years working at the same position in garment manufacturing company
• Prefer candidate who has experience in sportswear, outerwear brands, high tech garments including seam sealing and bonding. (Ski-wear, Cycling-wear, Running-clothes)
• Fluent in English
