Responsible for managing the QA department and ensure all activities of QA Dept comply with regulatory requirement
Plan and implement the quality management system & process.
Work with internal and external teams as required and planned for the development stage.
Focus on continuous improvement through implementing QA strategies, process controls, attention to process details/ specifications & training/ coaching.
Analyze returns, complaints and issues in order to take right action to find out the root cause.
analyze the practical situations that related to non-standard deviation in processes and materials to remediate immediately and inform to top management
Implement the internal audits and checks if there is any issues.
Ensure all client demands are adhered before delivery.
Check, update and report daily, monthly, yearly QA/ KPI as required.
Establish SOP’s for the factory and maintain as per buyer requirements.
Remain, improve and expand the relationship with buyers & their representatives to operate placidly & enhance order quantities/ opportunities.
Other duties will be assigned by the Managing Manager

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Working Location: Vietnam

Job Requirements

At least 8 years’ experience as QA Manager for garment manufacturing factory
Prefer candidate who has experience with sportswear, outerwear brands, high tech garments including seam sealing and bonding
Fluent in English
