Job Description
- Responsible to ensure all quality of products are followed by the company standard
- Implement and maintain the quality management systems
- Ensure to achieve quality standards as per the requirement of the company and the buyers
- Update the requirements of new customers if having
- Update and record relevant to meet the customer needs and satisfaction by testing and inspection
- Responsible to lead and monitor quality staffs to improve the team’s performance, and developing team capabilities to meet current and future business of company about quality system
- Be in charge in coordinate and follow up with buyers Product Safety Audit & ensure to follow Buyer Standards and ensure the on time delivery as requested
- Lead the training programs for staffs to improve their skills
- Coordinate with other internal relevant teams to fulfill the requirements of customers
- Report directly to PPC Quality Head
- Other tasks will be assigned by Management.
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
Working Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Job Requirements
- Own Bachelor or higher, majored in textile in an advantage.
- At least 5 years experiment at the similar position for garment company.
- Good knowledge of modern quality Strategies & practices for garment/apparel industry.
- Management, motivation, decision making.
- Excellence in English communication.
