Job Description

• Responsible to meet the requirement of Buyers about quality control system
• Responsible to control the material from input stage until the finishing garment shipping process.
• Be a liaison between Buyers and factory all issued related to Quality to ensure the shipment date
• Responsible to ensure the quality of products as per the requirement and supervise all quality activities during the pre-production and bulk process
• Be in charge of recruiting, training and allocate tasks for QA QC team
• Responsible to monitor the whole quality system within the factory including: sample room, material section ( fabric, accessory), cutting section, Hi-Tech room, Lab room, Internal final inspection and Subfactory
• Implement the internal final inspection based on the standard of the AQL 1.0/1.5/2.5/4.0 and S4
• Do double check randomly some finished products to make sure to meet to buyer’s requirements
• Coordinate closely with production department for the quality correction and improvement to ensure the quality goals of 96 % right first time and on time delivery.
• Build and follow the data and report of quality system
• Communicate and work regularly with Buyers for final inspection.
• Check the quality issues at sewing lines to find out, advice and correct any root cause defects during bulk production
• Check regularly about the quality at embroidery
• Responsible to conduct the Internal Final Inspection Report to buyers.
• Coordinate with relevant departments related to Quality audits as well as provide the quality support to solve any problems arising on production process
• Responsible to research and improve the quality system more efficiently.
• Manage the resources within quality department to ensure to use maximum output with normal working hour.
• Analysis and make the working plan for daily, weekly and monthly
• Other tasks will be assigned by Factory Director.

Working Location: Nearby Can Tho

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements

• At least 10 years at the similar position for garment manufacturing company.
• Proven – experience in problem – solving and management
• Familiar to build quality system based on ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and SA 8000-2014
• Experience with LEAN SIX SIGMA (KAIZEN) criteria and 7W, KAIBAN BOARD is a plus
• Fluent in English Skills.
