Job Description

• Responsible for all activities in the Quality Department to ensure the quality as per the requirement of customers.
• Work with other related team to follow the pre-production process in order to resolve technical and quality issues and make sure the production activities go smoothly
• In charge of maintaining the quality of the raw material and products and then take actions immediately to prevent any quality issue that arising from product development stage until shipment stage to ensure required quality standards
• Research, implement and improve quality systems within the factory to ensure to comply with the requirement of quality standards. Coordinate with related teams to apply the continuous improvement into production process
• Work closely and be a liaison with relevant parties such as internal teams in the factory, buyers/customers and suppliers related to all quality related decisions/issues in order to assure the consistency of standards and provide all quality related information for relevant parties
• Be a leader for develop skills and knowledge for all staffs in order to enhance their capabilities and meet the requirement customers and company
• Responsible for setting up the quality standards of raw material, trim/accessary and finished products in order to exceed customer expectations as the most effective result
• Build, develop and maintain the good relationships with all parties to ensure to reach the common goal and comply with the development orientation of organization
• Allocate the duties within the quality department and follow up on all the samples according to customer requirements
• Responsible to make the weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly quality reports to Board of Manager and inform and ask the decision from BOD if there is any quality issues beyond the scope of the responsibilities
• Report directly to Director/CEO

Working Location: Nearby Hanoi

Working Time: Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements

• At least 10 years experience at the similar position for garment manufacturing company
• Prefer candidate who has experience to work with lingerie/underwear products
• A very strong experience in management skill and solving – problem skill
• Excellent English oral and written communication
