Responsible all the operation at quality department
Implement the internal training and coaching program for all all QA, QC staffs from fabric inspection, accessories/trim, inline, end line and finishing QC.
Control and manage the garment quality within the factory and discuss to other persons in case any problem found that related to quality on the production process
In charge of conducting the quality risk assessment before the bulk production to ensure all the process goes smoothly
Monitor for all quality system, audit and compliance within the factory
Check any fabric randomly to assess and ensure the accuracy as requirement
Supervise the sewing line to oversee Line Quality status base in the report of the Inline and End Line QC. If there are any defective sewing line, asking the support of Technical Team for correction and improvement.
Responsible to set up quality systems, goals and standard.
Participate the Pre – production meetings with Department such as: Merchandising, Technical, Sample Room, Production and Buyer Team to discuss the garment construction during sampling stage
Ensure all the department if the factory are aware and follow the compliance
Oversee all audit programs – compliance, Factory SOP, QC system
Set up and follow KPI’s for all QA and QC teams.
Support Buyer Team for visiting and auditing
Other tasks will be assigned Director

Working Location: Hung Yen

Working Time: Monday to Friday

At least 5 years experience at the same position for garment/apparel manufacturing company
Strong experience in communication skill, management skill and solving – problem skill
Excellent verbal and written English
