Job Description

• Dentify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
• Initiate talent management mechanism, and partner with line managers for developing talent development strategy
• Development leadership for potential talent
• Cooperate with compensation and benefits team for pormance management
• Build up competency models for key positions, and give instructions and principles to facilitate local training team
• Conduct individual leadership, career and talent assessments
• Provide coaching and support to key leaders
• Serve as a resource to recruiting and business partners
• Other details will be discussed during interview

Job Requirements

• Graduated university in relevant fields
• At least 5 years’ experience in T&D
• 3 year experience at the similar position
• Computer literate (MS Office, Power point)
• Good command of English and Vietnamese (spoken and written)
• Good Business Acumen
• Good communication & presentation
