Job Description
- Dentify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
- Initiate talent management mechanism, and partner with line managers for developing talent development strategy
- Development leadership for potential talent
- Cooperate with compensation and benefits team for pormance management
- Build up competency models for key positions, and give instructions and principles to facilitate local training team
- Conduct individual leadership, career and talent assessments
- Provide coaching and support to key leaders
- Serve as a resource to recruiting and business partners
- Other details will be discussed during interview
Job Requirements
- Graduated university in relevant fields
- At least 5 years’ experience in T&D
- 3 year experience at the similar position
- Computer literate (MS Office, Power point)
- Good command of English and Vietnamese (spoken and written)
- Good Business Acumen
- Good communication & presentation
