Responsible to make the plan and follow up the new order input/shipment for all customer’s orders
Check and follow all product safety based on the requirement of customers
Work with relevant teams follow up production planning, materials, pre — production meeting, inline inspection and final inspection
Plan to build and implement the training programs for vendor/factory in order to improve the product quality standard
Responsible to ensure the product quality standard as per the requirement of customers
Research and study to improve the production & quality control methods and processes
Research and apply the latest technology and methods in order to improve the production and quality processes.
Take any actions to solve complains (defect of products) and recalls arising from customers
Coordinate with teams of factory to welcome and work with buyers and their representative when they visit the factory and implement to inspection
Work with relevant department to ensure the social audit and basic safety audit for compliance
Other duties will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Location: HCMC

Working Time: Monday – Friday

At least 5 years to work at the similar position for garment company
Good experience in Quality strategies and practices and creating system concepts and methods to develop the quality assurance systems
Excellent English communication skills.
