Job Descriptions

• Responsible to monitor all the activities of quality department to ensure that garment products are meet with the specifications for quality, function, and reliability before delivery
• Build up and set the appropriate quality standards for each style of products
• Instruct and train QA staff about the quality standards and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure they well – understand about quality standards of garment products
• Responsible to implement the product testing processes
• Involve in pre-production meetings and product testing (if needed)
• Forecast and analyze the issues, defects, and other problems to find out the solutions for these issues
• Coordinate with relevant department to reviews client/customer’s feedback in order to improve the quality of products
• Maintain compliance with laws and policies as requested by government, buyer and company
• Support IE team to meet the efficiency in production
• Support Production team during bulk production
• Other tasks will be assigned by management

Working Location: Long An

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements

• Min 4 years of experience in the field of garment with supervisory / manager grade experience
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good at English communication skills.
