Job Descriptions

• Responsible to monitor and control all the activities of QA/QC department of the factory
• Allocate and arrange the work of QA/QC teams to follow QC/QA system and working process: raw materials, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing
• Attend meetings with relevant teams to ensure the quality of products as per the requirement of customers
• Keep improving the working process, prepare and organize the record
• Ensure to follow QA/QC daily report and take any actions to solve problems before and during the bulk production
• Implement Pre-final, final with buyer for shipping
• Make sure the quality of TOP samples and bulk production before shipment especially for direct shipment
• Lead and train staffs to improve their skills and knowledge
• Coordinate with internal teams to make sure the work of the factory go smoothly
• Welcome and partner with 3rd party, authority and buyer to visit and audit the factory
• Other tasks will be discussed during the interview process.

Working Location: Hung Yen

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Job Requirements

• At least 5 yeas experience to work as QA/ QC Manager for garment companies from 500 labors
• Good experience and knowledge about quality assurance system in the field of garment
• Good at Chinese language. English language is a plus.
