Job Descriptions

• Responsible to monitor and implement the Quality Management strategic and plan of the company System
• Build up, evaluate and implement and the new procedures of the quality of production.
• Responsible to make the plan and manage any activities with a view to the internal audits – annual, periodic and non-scheduled
• Manage and supervisor current procedures as the timeline
• Do the internal inspection before final inspection from the customer. Communicate and provide any suggestion or handle to solve any complaint from customer
• Implement the research and analyze the quality performance and summit to management
• Ensure the quality system within the factory to meet the customer requirement
• Responsible to conduct the pilot, online and final tests at factories
• Provide the sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting the quality data
• Implement to do the testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
• Analyze the quality data in order to find out issues for improvement in the quality system
• Along with related teams to develop, and implement the corrective and preventive actions
• Buell up the training programs to ensure all the related department to well understand and meet quality standards
• Support on-site audits conducted by external providers
• Ensure the quality activities to comply with quality and industry regulatory requirements
• Ensure all employees understand and work according to SOP and safety
• Other tasks will be reviewed during the interview process.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday 

Working Location: Central Vietnam

Job Requirements

• At least 4 years’ experience to work at the similar position for garment manufacturing company
• Familiar with Safety, 5s, teaching, LEAN Methodology MS Software
• Proven experience in management skills and problem – solving skills
• Good at English communication.
