Responsible to monitor all the operation activities of quality department to ensure to meet the quality standard of customers
Control and manage the raw material and color in order to fill the bulk production
Responsible to allocate and manage the hourly and daily quality inspections in-line, to ensure the bulk process comply with the quality requirements
Ensure the quality control process are implemented correctly
Conduct the daily quality meetings to review the quality data and take any necessary actions to prevent and solve any issues during the preproduction and bulk production by using the Root Cause Analysis when managing investigations into internal or customer/consumer quality complaints
Responsible to build up the quality targets and ensure compliance to those targets by the assessment and review
Work with relevant teams of the factory to ensure the quality of garments products until shipment
Be a partner with HR department to ensure that all staffs of quality department and relevant teams of the factory to well – understand and skills about quality standard of products and reach the targets
Other duties will be performed by management.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Bac Ninh

Min 5 years’ experience to work at the same position for garment manufacturing company
Proven – experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems and processes
Good knowledge about the technical of garment construction and manufacturing methods
Good at English communication.
