Responsible to monitor all the activities of quality department based on the company’s strategy
Make the plan and manage the related activities to internal audits, periodic and non-scheduled
Check and update the implementation of current procedures
Responsible to internal inspection before final inspection of the customer
Provide any solutions/ideas and Receive and handle customer’s feedback
Research and analyze quality performance and report to management
Monitor the quality system of the factory to ensure to meet the customer requirement
Be in charge in conducting pilot, online and final tests at factories
1Evaluate the quality assurance standards of factory and customers
Manage to store the sampling procedures and quality data as per the group’s requirement
Review and evaluate the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
Analyze data to identify and find out any ideas for improvement in the quality system
Coordinate with related department to identify training needs of internal teams to meet quality standards
Be a partner to support on-site audits conducted by external providers
Monitor risk management activities and provide any actions to prevent
Work with production teams to ensure the Latest “QMS” and “Lean – Production” technique + Production 100% RFT
Other tasks will be assigned by management.

Working Time: Monday – Saturday

Working Location: Qui Nhon, Binh Dinh

Min 3 years’ experience to work at the similar position for garment manufacturing company
Good experience and knowledge about Safety, 5s, teaching, LEAN Methodology MS Software
Good at English communication.
